The topics will be determined by attendees, but will focus on:

• 504(D) unregistered security offerings,
• Crowd funding,
• Advanced creative financing techniques,
• TIC's (tenants in common structures for both active and passive investors), and
• Multi-family investing and analysis. 

This month's meeting is about using Douglas Rutherford, CPA' "Landlords Cash Flow Analyzer" software, with a specific project being held under the microscope for analysis.   

Participants should feel free to present potential deals, for review and analysis by other members.   We're in the early stages.   At present, we're offering this monthly on the 3rd Thursday, at noon.  (Exception for this meeting, because our staff will be out-of-town).
