Meetings may be broadcast in a "Webinar" format, at some point in the near future, so if you are interested in attending but don't want to drive that far, please let Andrew know, as we may be able to setup THIS meeting in a webinar format.
The topics will be determined by attendees, but will focus on:
- 504(D) unregistered security offerings,
- Crowd funding,
- Advanced creative financing techniques,
- TIC's (tenants in common structures for both active and passive investors), and
- Multi-family investing and analysis.
Participants should feel free to present potential deals, for review and analysis by other members. We're in the early stages. At present, we're offering this monthly on the 3rd Thursday, at noon.
