Our Annual Iowa REI Expo 2016 (click for schedule) is almost here!  

This year's event will be held at the Holiday Inn, Mercy Campus, in Des Moines March 24-26, 2016.  Next year we will likely be in Cedar Rapids, the Quad Cities, or Sioux City -- as we may be switching to quarterly meetings with speakers.   Regular meetings may be roundtable discussions.  

Take advantage of this central location and then provide your ideas on future venues.  Maybe you would prefer Hawaii, or a cruise ship?  Let us know.  

In the meantime, our theme this year is "Go Deep, Go Long, Go Strong!" to emphasis how important it is to stay focused on a narrow niche, to make your first million.      

Several property management training Courses will be offered with CEU's for IaCHP and PHP, and (possibly) Realtor CEU's.  

This year, all courses, speakers, and food offered on Thursday, Friday or Saturday are all INCLUDED with your registration.   We've listened to your feedback and will "unbundle" courses only upon request.   Otherwise, your one ticket covers it all.    Link to manual registration forms:
