What Would YOU Do? Investor Dilemmas

WHAT WOULD YOU DO?  INVESTOR DILEMMAS

You bought your first house at a sheriff’s sale with the intent to flip it.  In the meantime, you were approached about renting the property to an acquaintance who loves the house and now wants to buy it from you but has proposed after six months of renting that you convert the lease to a rent-to-own.  What are the considerations in converting the lease to a rent to own option?

The October 14 investor’s meeting is for you!

You bought a duplex, renovated it and have just a signed lease with a qualified tenant for one of the units but the other unit is still available to rent.  An individual inquires about renting the property, you provide the information and the individual appears to meet your minimum income requirement so you schedule a showing.  Upon looking at the property, the individual takes an application but then tells you that they are actually interested in buying the property as the individual wants to get into investing in real estate.  What do you do?

This October 14 investor’s meeting is for you!

You converted a house that you once lived in to a rental 20 years ago.  While the return on the property has improved over the years, the tax advantages have decreased so you are considering selling since the you want to reduce your tax liability.  What are the considerations regarding the sale of the long-held property and a new investment property?

Come to the October 14 investor meeting to learn about different options.

You’ve bought several properties at sheriff sales, renovating and flipping those homes for a profit.  The market seems to suggest continuing to purchase and flip homes would lead to greater profits considering how tight the market is with many wanting to buy homes but the properties at sheriff’s sale have dwindled and the cost to purchase has increased.  What other resources can you utilize in locating homes to purchase?

We’ll explore resource options at the October 14 investor’s meeting.
